Metal Panels

The Knight™ Series metal panels provides maximum versatility by integrating seamlessly with other Knight panelized products, such as the thin brick veneer, utilizing a single, functionally efficient mounting system. Adjustable mounting brackets allow the system to be installed precisely, even on an out-of-plumb wall. The net result is a complete, cost effective panel façade system that can be easily installed on almost any substrate.

Thin Brick Panels

A genuine brick rain screen makes for a maintenance-free and long lasting façade. This thin brick cladding combines a real fired brick surface with the LevelTek modern mounting system. The end result is a lightweight and durable outer shell structure that is separated from the exterior wall with a built-in rain screen air gap, and additional room for exterior insulation, making a high-performance brick building.

The brick panels arrive onsite grouted and ready to install. Once installed, either a special grout or expansion joint sealant material is placed in the joints between the brick panels and are then hand tooled and treated with the same micro-stone as in the factory to guarantee a perfect match. Using traditional grout in the factory then attempting to match the color in field would be nearly impossible due to variances in temperature, humidity, etc. Our proven process results in a uniform, real brick exterior cladding.

Knight's brick panels are available in 2'x4' panels and accommodate the use of special corner brick for a "laid-in-place" appearance. Several brick and color options are available, please contact us for samples

StoneSheets (Stone Panels)

A real natural stone rain screen makes for a maintenance-free and long lasting façade. Knight Wall Systems’ offers numerous natural stone cladding options for design-rich exteriors, or interiors. StoneSheets® thin natural stone cladding combines the traditional, everlasting, natural stone surface with the modern efficient mounting systems. The end result is a lightweight and durable outer shell structure that is separated from the exterior wall with a built-in rain screen air gap for a high-performance stone façade building

Stucco

Stucco delivers textures and patterns in a variety of attractive looks and—mixed with added colored pigments—never needs to be painted. Stucco is incredibly strong and can last hundreds of years, adding value and character to a building. The Parex NuTech™ ACF is an exterior coating system for application to cement board wall coverings and soffits.The NuTech ACF has four components all applied onsite directly to PermaBase® cement board that is attached to the Knight's rain screen systems for moisture management and energy efficiency:

1) Cementitious acrylic base coat, approximately 1/16" thick
2) Fiberglass reinforcing mesh embedded in the base coat, over an additional strip of fiberglass mesh placed over cement board joints
3) Acrylic Primer
4) Acrylic or elastomeric textured, colored finish

 

Tile

Knight Wall Systems’ offers numerous ceramic tile cladding options for design-rich exteriors, or interiors, in the commercial, industrial and municipal segments. Porcelain tile panels are available with either a glazed or polished finish in several standard colors, please contact us for samples. The tile panels arrive onsite with Knight’s proprietary mounting plate structurally fastened and ready to install. Tile panels are available in 2'x4' and 2’x2’.
